Celebrating technology and innovation in our changing world is helping me find new ways to unwind and solve problems. I’ve always loved playing games and am finding avenues to reawaken to methods of relaxing, increasing motivation and energizing my life while online.

Eddy Marie CrouchDuring this time of life transition after the loss of my husband, I have been stretched to create new meaning. Having studied communication for over fifty years, I’m still learning more about this ever-evolving topic. A life-long learner, my most recent continuing education courses to maintain my license as a clinical social worker have included dating and mating, applying psychodrama techniques to group therapy, growing in love of self and other, relational and inner pathways to racial healing, implications of a global pandemic, how to die a good death, developing and maintaining a spiritual community online and writing in unsettling times.

As a member of the Association of Clinical Pastoral Educators, I recently completed a training in Spiritually Integrated Psychotherapy. My life coach training was with International Coach Federation’s accredited Coach U, the same program my husband completed. Almost two decades of practicing non-violent communication has honed my skills as an empathic listener and a graduate school specialty in planning and administration has sharpened my goal-orientation.

Each day I find new ways to uncover another layer of self-awareness and give thanks for my parents who taught me to give my all to everything I pursue while living a life of integrity.
