Nonviolent Communication Interest Group

Nonviolent Communication by Marshall B Rosenberg, PhDBased on the work of Marshall Rosenberg, Ph.D., Nonviolent Communication is a language of compassion, a tool for positive change, and a spiritual practice.

We will practice speaking and listening to each other’s deepest feelings and needs. The focus will be on creating a high quality of connection where we will enjoy contributing to the well-being of others at work, at home, and in our meetings. The process will be interactive.
